However, if you are unsatisfied with the services in any way at any time of your course, you may request a refund.
Please note that refund requests are only applicable on transactions occurring within the last 180 days.

ENROLLMENT FEE MONEY BACK GURANTEE

The quality of our courses and our educational system gives us the confidence to offer money back guarantee that allows students to claim refund for the enrollment fee paid.

95% of amount refunded (5% processing fee deducted) for students who haven't completed their first course.
75% of amount refunded (5% processing fee and 20% administrative fee deducted) for students who have completed their first course and claim refund within 7 days after course result is announced. If more than 7 days have passed, refund is not applicable. However, for special cases, you may contact our student support numbers for assistance.

REFUND POLICY WITH SCHOLARSHIP AND OTHER DISCOUNT

Students who have scholarship and any other deduction in fees through the different fee payment options are entitled to a refund such that all their studied courses will be charged at a flat basic rate.

REFUND POLICY FOR CHARGING ERROR

In case of recurring or duplicate charging due to any processing error, you would immediately be refunded for the full amount.

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. MUST High School, based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case by case basis.
