MUST Online High School has divided this course into 5 sections.. The sections are Fiction and Nonfiction, Short Stories, Types of Non-fiction: Essays, Articles and Speeches, Poetry, Drama & Themes in Literature: Heroism. All sections are mandatory.

Fiction and Nonfiction: This section of the course elaborates that fiction is the telling of stories which are not real where as non-fiction is an account or representation of a subject which is presented as fact.

Short Stories: This part of the course deals with is a literary genre of fictional, prose narrative that tends to be more concise and "to the point" than longer works of fiction such as novels. This section comprises short story compilations - "The Invalid's Story," Mark Twain and the likes.

Types of Non-fiction: This section is based on the detailed discussion on the various types of non-fiction like essays, journals, documentaries, histories, scientific papers, photographs, biographies, textbooks, technical documentation, user manuals and journalism. 

Poetry: This part of the course focuses on how poetry is a form of literary art in which language is used for its aesthetic and evocative qualities. It June be written independently, as discrete poems, or June occur in conjunction with other arts.

Drama: This section comprises of some classic written dramas. Drama is the specific mode of fiction represented in performance and performed in various media: theatre, radio, film, and television.

Themes in Literature: This section involves the discussion of Heroes as political and military forces, the founders of topplers of states.
